Hipobuy Rehearsal

Start on Warehouse. This is where the items Hipobuy has received are listed. In the app they are marked Shelved.

Choose Select all, or only the items you want a rehearsal for. If you are waiting for more items, or plan to buy more, wait until everything you want to ship together is in the warehouse.

In the picture one item is chosen with the blue tick. Select All at the bottom chooses all of them. Both are correct.

Press Rehearsal Parcel at the bottom. That is the dark button, not the blue Submit.

On the website the matching shipment button is called Create Parcel. Here it has to be Rehearsal Parcel.

On the Submit Rehearsal screen the address is under Default Address. Fill it in if it is not already there.

Name, address, postcode and phone number are hidden in the picture.

Under Packaging Method, choose Carton packaging.

Carton packaging was chosen in step 5. Tap it. Under Packaging Details you can choose Stretch Film and Remove original packaging. Use the second one if you want shoe boxes and similar packaging removed.

The other services in the picture are not part of the guide. Hipobuy sets the price, and it can change.

Under Intentional Route, choose any line. The one in the picture is only an example. You choose the shipping method you actually want only after the rehearsal is finished. That is step 11.

The app has no Select button. It is the same field as in step 7. The line is chosen when it shows in Intentional Route.

Press Confirm. Rehearsal Service Fee is the fee. Checkout then opens, and that is where you pay it. You choose the payment method yourself.

Hipobuy sets the fee, and it can change. It is not the shipping cost, and HipoGuide does not earn a commission on it. The balance on Checkout is hidden.

Go to the rehearsal page when you get a notification. Wait until the status says Finished. Only then do you continue to View Results.

The rehearsal ID is hidden. Press View Results only when the status is Finished. That is step 11.

Press View Results. In the sheet, press Go Submit.

The rehearsal ID is hidden. The line in the sheet is the one used for the rehearsal. You choose the shipping method you want on this step, after Go Submit.

Then choose the shipping you want to use. Triangular route is one of the options and is often marked as most popular. Choose a coupon if the app shows one.

For insurance, you can choose between Hipobuy's free coverage and the paid option (Paid insurance), which covers more. The choice is yours. The terms are Hipobuy's and may change. Hipobuy's insurance and compensation

Finally you pay the shipping fee. 250 CNY in the picture is an example. Hipobuy sets your price. You choose the payment method yourself.

When the parcel is shipped, it can be found under shipments.
