What you can look at if a payment does not go through.
The page shows examples from Hipobuy's own window. It does not say which method you should choose, and it does not change the price.
The examples are what Hipobuy itself showed in the payment window. We do not set fees, currency or order status, and we have no role in the payment. This is not an encouragement to buy anything. The fees may have changed since the example was taken.
We cannot recommend what to choose. You can take into account the card methods with the lowest handling fee. In the example that is 4.5% + EUR 0.36. The ring marks those rows. It is not a selected option.
The figures are an example from Hipobuy's window. Hipobuy sets the fee, and it can change. Not an encouragement to buy.
If a payment fails, you can open Settings and switch currency to another one. That could be EUR if it was set to USD, or the other way around. Then you can try to pay again. The ring moves between the two. It does not choose for you.
The currency is chosen at Hipobuy. We have no role in the payment.
If the payment sits on “payment in progress”, you can open a new tab, go to Orders on Hipobuy and check the order status. If the order says “Order Pending”, the window can be closed.
The status comes from Hipobuy. We cannot see or change the order.
It can be hard to help with money held by a third party. You can contact Hipobuy's support through their website or app. In the example, Support sits under More Services. The ring shows where it was.
